New for the 2017 season, registration has moved from an individual to team basis. Team captains can register their team online with a minimum of 10 players and 1 goalie to a maximum of 20 players and 2 goalies. Individual registrations will no longer be accepted. To complete the registration, fill out the form below and click submit. Payment can also be submitted online or in person with the details listed below.

Please fill out all information for your team below. All fields are required and there is a minimum of 11 and a maximum of 22 players required in order to submit the information. Players will be added to the team line up in a list below after clicking the ‘Add Player’ button. Please look over the information carefully before adding a player. If you would like to remove a player from the line up, select the red x button next to the players name. Once complete, click the ‘Submit’ button at the bottom of the player list.
